"My first time" They even took a nudist picture of me!

My name is Andrew, I'm 30 and I had my first experience of free naturism pictures on holiday this summer in the Western Isles of Scotland.

I had often thought I would like to try it, but had never really had the courage or the opportunity. However, there were so many huge, deserted beaches of lovely white sand with turquoise sea up there that I decided to give it a go.

Although the weather was a bit mixed, I was lucky to have several mild, quite sunny days. The first time I went right to the end of a beach, well away from the few other people there. I felt excited at the thought of finally going nude outdoors, but was a bit apprehensive as I stripped off and put my clothes in my rucksack. I was really nervous as I took my pants off - even though there was nobody to see me - but once I was naked I felt a great sense of freedom. I ran down to the water's edge and splashed about, enjoying the feeling of the soft breeze on my skin. I then sat on my towel and looked at the beautiful scenery.

The next time I went to a secluded cove one evening for a spot of skinny dipping. The water was a bit cold, but it was invigorating! I started to enjoy the experience so much that every time I went on a beach I took my clothes off.

The best time of all was on my last day when I walked for miles on a huge nudist beach of white sand totally naked (except for a rucksack over my shoulder with my clothes in) and passed only one person. She was a reasonable distance away, but she kept shading her eyes and looking in my direction. I didn't mind her seeing me naked as I was quite relaxed about my nudity by this time. From the number of times she looked in my direction, I think she was enjoying it too!

Alone again, I paddled and sunbathed and just danced around, enjoying the sensation of freedom. I hadn't taken any trunks or shorts with me on holiday as I didn't think I'd need them up there - and I didn't! The sun was deceptively warm and my shoulders and bum were a bit pink the next day! (I'll remember and put on sun cream the next time!)

Naturism is great fun and it's a shame so many people in this country are hung up about naked bodies.

I'm planning my next holiday so I can again enjoy beaches as nature intended.
